Stardew Valley executed via Steam without SMAPI results in working Switch Pro Controller. Stardew Valley For PC can be easily installed and used on a desktop computer or laptop running Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 and a Macbook, iMac running Mac. When SMAPI is then reinstalled the mods work but the controller doesn't work correctly. Essentially the controller works fine when run without SMAPI: in this case SMAPI with mods installed and Stardew not reading them. Steam suggestions say no changes needed to run. I can't use input mapper to bypass Steam.
